The company’s first venture, the feature-film-comedy ALL SAINTS DAY, quickly became a cult-classic that thrived in art-house theaters and on DVD. This hilarious caper-gone-wrong-indy was the debut film by Director Tommy J. LaSorsa and was distributed worldwide by Genius Films, a subsidiary of Miramax.
Daydream City’s latest release, CIRCUS MAXIMUS, is the 2nd feature film from La Sorsa. This outrageous dark comedy features an all-star cast that includes: “Sex & The City” superstar Mario Cantone; “Soprano’s” star Joe Gannascoli; Independent Film Icon, Kevin Corrigan; Sal “the stockbroker” Governale from the Howard Stern Show and rounding out the cast is Comedy Central’s Julian McCullough & Rachel Feinstein.
As CIRCUS MAXIMUS is touring the film festival circuit now, keep your eyes open for updates and screenings.
